It would be really nice to be able to assign text messages as task to the different users. I know that seems a little complicated to implement but a simple drop-down with all the names of the users and being able to assign a text message to a certain user would also be helpful.

A used case of this would be… Assigning the text message to the secretary, if there was a problem with billing.

Or assigning the text message to the nurse who needs a follow up with a lab.

This would greatly improve our hint experience and workflow as a small and growing DPC. We are considering adding a second provider soon and having the ability to assign a text message to a user and possibly then assign the text message to the user tasks, would make the transition a lot easier.
