When we archive messages, we often times can't find them again. If we search the chat communication section, they are gone.

I would like to see an archived section on each patient's chart in the communications box where it currently shows Chat, Email, Phone Call, SMS, Log SMS. If all archived messages could live here as well, it would make it SO much easier to locate when we need them and have it maintain communication records within the chart.
