  • Notifications via Email about NEW tasks assigned to us.
  • Notifications when a task we have assigned has been completed. It is OK if it stays within Hint, but it's nice to know when something we have assigned has been completed. If we are able to get an email for this is nice, but optional.
  • Ability to PAGE or MENTION someone from the team in the tasks COMMENTS section and then subsequently, being notified of this via email and/or within Hint so that we KNOW when we are needed to complete a task.
  • Ability to SCHEDULE a task for ourselves or for someone else in the team. Example: when ACH transfers fail, I retry, but then I have to task myself to check if transfer went through 5 days later. I do not necessary want to see that task on my list until I need to do it.
  • Ability to auto-save changes done to a task and to the COMMENTS section as well when we are DRAFTING a response there.
  • Ability to SCHEDULE a comment in the task. Sometimes we check comments and work on tasks outside of business hours. We do not necessarily want our team members to have to worry about our comments until business hours, specially if they are going to be notified after implementing #3 above
  • If #3 above is implemented, it would be nice not just to be notified but also to TRACK somehow the pages/mentions we are receiving. So for example, we need the mention to REMAIN in a list until we mark them as DONE or READ/addressed as opposed to them just disappearing once we see them the first time. (Major issue right now with the BOLDING and unbolding of comments in tasks)
  • Final request is that it would be amazing if we could see WHEN the task was originally assigned and not just when it was last updated. We need to keep track of how LONG it's taking us to do a task and kind of hold ourselves accountable with those types of metrics.
