Similar to employer Enrollment settings, ie choosing an enrollment and termination cutoff date, there is a need downstream for networks to be able to do the same for affiliates. In many cases, contract are set up to pay the affiliate in full for the first and last month that a patient is with the downstream practice. The logic in Hint today only has the practice paid out automatically for the first month and no payment is made for the last month of service. This means manual adjustments need to be made each time a patient is termed with an affiliate. Contracts differ for different networks and it would be ideal to have settings in Hint that could manage the various contract set-ups similar to the employer set-up in Hint.
