When a non-member calls, under phone calls, when we click the number there should be a feature that says "SMS" as well, currently there is "Call Back" or "Block Number" but the SMS would greatly help as I find myself constantly copying the number then pasting it into the SMS section to send a text

Practices can now text a caller directly from the calls list — click a call and choose Send SMS to reply by text. The action lives on the call itself, so there's no need to copy the number or open the caller's contact record first, making it a faster way to follow up on a missed call.
