The coupon duration dropdown currently goes up to 12 months. When a practice wants to discount an annual membership, the coupon amount is divided across 12 months. Staff then have to work out how many months to set as the duration so the total discount doesn't go over or under the amount they meant to give. An annual option in the duration dropdown (for example, 1 year, 2 years) would let practices apply the discount directly to annual memberships and payment periods without that extra math.
