ACH Payment Failure Notifications

Practices currently have no way to know when an ACH payment fails without manually opening each individual invoice and checking the payment history. There is no consolidated report of failed ACH charges, and no automated alert or email notification is triggered when a failure occurs.
Impact:
Since Hint charges a $1 fee per failed ACH draw, practices can unknowingly accumulate fees without any visibility into which patients have failed payments. There is also no built-in mechanism to pass this fee on to patients (unlike the Credit Card Fee Pass-Through feature), making it difficult for practices to recoup these costs in a timely way.
Requested functionality:
An automated email or in-app alert when an ACH payment fails
A dedicated report or filterable view showing all failed ACH charges across patients
