Ability to select which practice notifications users receive

Since admins can't adjust which emails go to which person, this creates alarm fatigue and ignored emails. Allowing individual employees to pick and choose which emails (by unsubscribing) will cause more problems than it would solve. As I've said before, this needs to be an admin function, so the emails can be assigned as needed by the people who know which emails are important for each role. Not a new employee who has no idea. This is typically the purpose of admin accounts.

Bring Back Notification Controls for Team Members
B
Buddy Touchinsky
We need the ability to control who receives notifications within our team—something Hint previously allowed but now appears to have changed.
Specifically, we’d like to:
Select which team members receive notifications for:
New member sign-ups
Membership cancellations
Form submissions
Failed payments, etc.
Be able to uncheck or disable notifications for users who don’t need to receive them.
Problem:
Right now, it seems that notifications are going to all users, regardless of role or need, which creates unnecessary inbox clutter and confusion. This used to be manageable with checkboxes or role-based controls, but that functionality appears to be gone or overridden.
Solution:
Please restore or enhance the ability to customize notifications per user or role, so only relevant team members are alerted for specific events.
This would greatly improve internal communication and reduce unnecessary email overload.
