Ability to have the patient's date of birth show as month/day/year (MM/DD/YYYY) when their 'Date of Birth' prefill is used in a template.
Currently, Date of Birth in templates shows up as year/month/day. Practices need the ability to change this , and need the ability to switch it to be month/day/year.
