Ability to create one-time event appointment types. For certain events that don't follow a typical scheduling pattern. For example flu clinics (that patients can book weeks in advance, but these won't repeat with the same avaiblity schedule each week)

Flu clinic 1 on a saturday from 9-3

Flu clinic 2 on a Tuesday from 3-6p

Flu clinics 3, 4 and 5 on Fridays from 2-5p

Then next week it's a different day/schedule
