Copy and pasting from a previous note to a new note is a frustrating time-killer. The chart templates (family history, social history, etc) are too clunky and don't update the template to the patient's chart if you edit from the note. This means I have to edit within the chart template for the patient separately AND in the note unless I want to open a new note AFTER updating the chart template, which is also duplicative and time-consuming.
