Ability to copy existing coverage plan when creating a new plan

Would like the ability to copy an existing coverage plan, similar to the workflow for creating new membership plans. This would streamline the process for creating new coverage plans if the rules in place are similar to those that already exist in an existing plan.

Ability to duplicate a coverage plan. When creating new plans, typically there are small adjustments needed and it would be easier to work from an existing plan rather than starting from scratch.
