Completed task to appear in order of completion

Currently it appears that completed tasks are filed in random date order in the patient chart. It would be extremely helpful if these filed by date of completion.

"If I click too far left on a task (NOT directly on the checkmark) it disappears and I have no way of finding who it was assigned to." --- See the screenshot. If selected in the red box, it will mark it as complete.

Reorder Interaction List

Ability to reorder the interaction list on a patient's chart. i.e. be able to put Vital interaction at the top of the interaction list.
